Starting from a deeply relaxed state, focus your mind on what it is you’re longing for, or what you’d like to achieve. Visualize the manifestation of it becoming your reality. Imagine how it will make you feel once your desire has become your reality completely. Try to imagine it and allow your emotions to flow as if it were happening to you at this very moment in time.

As an example; if you are wanting to manifest a new romance, do not merely think about what it might be like being with your love interest someday in the future. Instead, visualize yourself with that person right now! Imagine how it would feel to be in the relationship of your dreams right at this very moment. Picture the little details, anything that makes it feel as real as possible. Or perhaps you desire to manifest more money. In that case, imagine having that money in your possession now. Visualize what you would do with it, and allow the feeling of success and prosperity to take over you.

Visualization is a powerful tool when it comes to the law of attraction, and visualizing in the present moment is far more powerful than imagining something may happen in the future.

When visualizing in the now, we activate the vibration of having already received the desired outcome. According to the law of affinity, when we vibrate as though our desire has already been achieved, it must manifest.

You will become aware that you’ve reached the ideal amount of visualization when your emotions begin to surface. When imagining your manifestation of desires causes you to feel joy or gratitude, this is when you have reached a vibration frequency that will indeed cause your desire to manifest.

You do not need to spend longer than a few minutes practicing this meditation process to see results. However, you must reach the ‘feeling’ stage of the process if the manifestation is to take place.

It is also important to ensure that no negativity or doubt enters into your visualization. This may take some time and practice, but it is vital to achieving your desired manifestation. Even five minutes spent in the state of visualization of experiencing your desired manifestation in complete positivity can have a profound effect.

Every meditation should end with an acknowledgment for the power of the law of affinity. You should also take a moment to feel gratitude for the manifestations that will soon be a part of your reality.

How Do You Live By The Law of Attraction?

The law of attraction seems like a pretty good law to live by, right? The idea that you can pretty much make anything happen if you want it badly enough is pretty appealing. But what does it mean to be living the law of attraction?

Living the law of attraction is to live life from a place of knowing and deep understanding. You realize that everything you think or feel at any time is a reflection of what’s happening inside, and can potentially manifest in reality.

You can assess how close you are to manifestation by asking yourself how you feel when you think about it. If the thought of your desires evokes a sense of excitement or joy, it means you are likely to manifest your desire very soon. However, if you feel a sense of anxiety or frustration, this means you still have some work to do.

Feelings are a form of manifestation. They are a response to specific thoughts. So, it is helpful to remember that having positive feelings when you think about your desire, is a good indication that you’re already halfway there.

What is truly required to live by the law of attraction, is to realize that your happiness doesn’t depend on anything, or anyone, outside of yourself. Rather, the key to your joy and well-being exists within you!

You will find true happiness when you stop waiting for the outside world to change. Don’t wait for others to provide you with answers – find them within yourself, they are already there!

Living by the law of attraction can certainly be easier said than done, and certain circumstances may even make it seem impossible. However, when you master it and truly understand it, you can truly reap the rewards.

If you stay conscious of how you feel and what is happening within at any given moment, regardless of what situation you are in and what is happening around you, you can control the direction of your thoughts. In turn, you can control your feelings, and in turn, you can control what manifests for your reality thereafter.
